The East Zion Consolidated District Association 97^th Annual Session of the District Congress of Christian Education will meet July 17 – 21, 2017.  This year’s theme is “Envisioning the Future Exceptionally as We Equip Disciples for Christ,” John 13:35, Luke 14:27, Matthew 28:19-20.  Host churches are Greater Mt. Olive Baptist Church (joint assemblies and adult classes), Greater Shiloh Baptist Church (Children and Youth) and Greater New Zion Baptist Church (Young Adult class 8058 and iROCK Preparation, designed for ages 18 – 35),  The mid-day course will be held at Greater Mt. Olive.  The Congress will offer classes and programs for ages two years through adult.

• Pre-Registration Worship Service - July 16 at 5:00 p.m.  (Northeast Missionary Baptist Church)
• Official opening - July 17 at 6:00 p.m.
• Evening classes - Monday through Thursday, 6:00 p.m. 
• Mid-day course - Monday through Thursday - 11:30 to 1:00 p.m. 
• Dean’s Annual Address - Tuesday, July 18, at 7:00 p.m. 
• President’s Annual Message  - Thursday, July 20, 7:00 p.m. 
• Children and Youth Rally - Friday, July 21, 6:00 p.m.
• iROCK Young Adult Explosion - Friday, July 21, 6:45 p.m.

The President of the Congress is asking every Congress delegate to join in prayer that God will continue to bless our efforts as we endeavor to glorify Him through the work of Christian education.
