We invite you to join us this Sunday and every Sunday as we share in worship and praise. Our worship periods are designed to meet the spiritual need of all worshippers.  Through traditional hymn and gospel music as well as contemporary music and practical messages, we present the ageless truths of God’s Word in a manner that is easy for anyone to understand. 

Today we are paying tribute to the pastoral leadership of the church.  Senior Pastor Dr. John A. Reed, Jr., is being recognized for 56 years of service and the Assistant Pastor, Rev. Derrick E. Walter, Sr., along with his family, is being recognized for seven years.  The theme for the occasion is “Being the Church Today:  Holding Our Leaders in High Esteem,” I Thessalonians 5:12-13.

Worship celebrations were be held on Wednesday nights, March 13 and 20, and Sunday, March 17.  

The celebration will end today, March 24.  Guest churches for 10:00 a.m. morning worship will be Central Baptist, Chandler, Rev. James E. Reed, Sr., Pastor, and Loving Mt. Calvary Baptist, Muskogee, Rev. Gary Hall, Pastor.  Rev. James Reed will bring the message and Central and Mt. Calvary choirs will sing. 

At 3:00 p.m., churches and pastors scheduled to attend include:  St. John Missionary Baptist, Dr. Major Jemison; Emmanuel Baptist, Rev. Chester West; New Hope Baptist, Chickasha, Rev. Al Walter; Greater Bethel Baptist, Rev. Teron Gaddis; Tabitha Baptist, Rev. J. L. Mitchell; Galilee Baptist, Shawnee, Rev. Anthony Rhone; Central Baptist, Rev. James Reed, Sr.; and Loving Mt. Calvary, Rev. Gary Hall.  The afternoon message will be brought by Dr. Jemison and visiting choirs will sing.

The community is invited to join with Fairview in showing love and appreciation to these servants.  Sister Evalia Darling is Anniversary Chairperson and Sister Patti Brown is Co-Chairperson.
