Contributions can be made directly to our church and it is easy.  You can donate by check or credit card.  All we need is your information completed below.  You can mail it directly, by phone or by mail.  There are a few steps and we ask that you check the information to ensure that there are no errors.

           To make a contribution to Fairview Missionary Baptist Church, please complete the following form.  Fields in red are required in order for us to process your contribution.  If you would like to participate in true first fruits giving, you may enroll online for Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). By directly debiting your bank account on a monthly or semi-monthly basis, the church will automatically receive your tithe and post it to your contribution record.  If you have any questions, you may contact the church at (405) 232-1621.

     Please verify all information before submitting.  Once your contribution is submitted, your credit card or checking account will be debited and a confirmation email sent to the email address you have specified.  Thank you in advance for your gift to the ministry of the church.
