          Biography of               Patricia F. Reed

Patricia Fisher was born to the late Jasper and Willie Mae Fisher and spent her childhood in Nowata, Oklahoma.  She completed her elementary through high school education in Nowata, Oklahoma, and continued her educational path at Langston University, where she received a Bachelor of Christian Education Degree from the Oklahoma School of Religion, Langston, Oklahoma.

She is married to Reverend John A. Reed, Jr.  They have reared two daughters who have also become wives and mother themselves, increasing the Reed family with two God-fearing sons-in-law and three grandchildren.

Many honors and accolades have been bestowed on Sister Reed throughout her professional and Christian life.  Sister Reed is a woman of many talents and accomplishments but above all else, to quote her, she is “a child of the King.”  Her motto for life is “know who you are and whose you are and you will be victorious.”  On a personal note, Sister Patricia enjoys reading and writing, and her favorite colors are black and purple.  Her favorite song is “Precious Lord, Take My Hand.”  Her two favorite scriptures are Psalms 23 and Psalms 37.
