The year 2023 is a special year in the life of the Fairview Missionary Baptist Church Family and its Pastoral Leadership!  The church is celebrating Senior Pastor Dr. John A. Reed, Jr. for 60 years as Pastor/Shepherd/Servant Leader and Rev. Derrick E. Walter, Sr., along with his family, is being recognized for 11 years of service, now in the role of Co-Pastor.  The theme for the occasion is “Amazing,” Psalm 118:23-24.

The culmination of the month’s Celebration will be on Sunday morning, March 26, at the 10:00 a.m. hour.  The Church Family will render tributes for the Pastors at each service with special presentations scheduled for the closing service.  The final Anniversary Sermon will be by Rev. Dr. Major Jemison, Pastor of St. John Missionary Baptist Church, Oklahoma City.
