The Healthcare Ministry / Grief Ministry will sponsor a Grief and Healing Conference on May 21.  The theme for the Conference is "Comfort my people; Grieving with Faith; Healing with Grace" - Isaiah 40:1.  Guest speaker is June Elkins-Baker. Mrs. Elkins-Baker is the youngest daughter of Rev. Fred L. Elkins Sr. (and the late Ardell Wright Elkins) and stepmother Ida Mathis Elkins. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
and a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) and has worked in the behavioral health field for 32 years, with 22 of those years working for the Single State Agency, Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS).
