The Martin Luther King 2026 Church Celebration will take place on Sunday, January 18th - 3pm at the St. John Missionary Baptist Church which is located at 5700 N. Kelley Avenue in Oklahoma City.

Rev. Dr. John Faison, Sr. is this year's guest speaker. John R. Faison, Sr. is the Senior Pastor of Watson Grove Baptist Church (The Grove), a growing, multigenerational, multisite church with campuses in Nashville, TN and Franklin, TN. The Grove endeavors to be “A GROWING church for GROWING people whom Christ will use in GROWING His Kingdom.”

Dr. Lee E. Cooper, Jr. – Senior Pastor of Prospect Church – Oklahoma City is the President of the CCSR. Dr. Cooper is also the MLK Program Chair of this event.

Dr. Cooper is inviting everyone in the community to come out to celebrate the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
