FBC Married Couples and Singles Retreat

Calling all Singles and Married Couples, 18 years of age and up!!

Join us for this year’s Annual Retreat September 19 - 21.  The Retreat will begin at Fin and Feather Family Resort, Gore, Oklahoma, on Friday, September 19.  A part of the Annual Celebrating the Family Month at Fairview, the event will have sessions for married couples and singles, featuring more fellowship time and plenty of fun for all.  

Fin and Feather Resort is nestled among the rolling hills of Oklahoma’s Green Country at the southern end of beautiful Lake Tenkiller, The Resort is conveniently located 11 miles north of US Interstate 40, just west of the Arkansas state line.

The Retreat will end on Sunday, September 21, at Fairview Baptist Church with the morning message preached by Senior Pastor J. A. Reed, Jr.

The Retreat has affordable rates with special discount for seniors, age 65 and over.  A limited number of sponsorships are available for Fairview seniors, 75 years of age and over!  (Please contact Bro. Larry Epps if you need a sponsorshop or if you are willing to sponsor a senior member )
  • The Initial Deposit of $50.00 is Due by July 7
  • Balance Payments can be made in two installments, due August 1 and September 1 for the final payment.

Map / Directions:
From Oklahoma City:
Take Interstate 40 East toward Fort Smith, Arkansas.   Take the Gore/Webbers Falls Exit (Exit #287) off I-40 and go north on State Highway 100 through Webbers Falls, across the Arkansas River, and into Gore.  Stay on Highway 100 and continue north through Gore for approximately 6 miles.  Continue straight onto Highway 10, go 1.5 miles and Fin and Feather Resort is located on the right hand side of the road.

From the Dallas, Texas, area:
Take State Highway 75 North toward Oklahoma.  Continue on State Highway 75 North, which will turn into State Highway 69.  Take Interstate 40 east toward Fort Smith and follow the directions above to reach Fin and Feather Resort from Interstate 40.  Don’t hesitate to call (918) 487-5148 for assistance in getting there from wherever you are!
