Young Adult Conference at Fairview

W.O.W. (Workers of the Word), Fairview Baptist Church’s Young Adult Ministry, will be sponsoring its second Young Adult Conference on Saturday, August 20.  The focus for the Conference is: Be the one!-“setting the standard, so we don’t follow the trends.” 
 
The day will begin with registration at 9:15 and the Conference will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m.  Pastor Byron Coleman of the Fifth Street Baptist Church in Oklahoma City will be the featured presenter.  Rev. Coleman is well known for facilitating dynamic workshops.   His presentation will involve issues concerning young adults and their relationship with God, the church, and the community.  There will also be an open forum and panel discussion period with guest panelists, Patrice Whitfield, Rev. Nick Ellis, Tiffany Batts, and others.  
 
Registration began on August 7 and will continue up until the Conference.   Registration is $5 per individuals or $75 per church.   On-site registration will be accepted but pre-registration is encouraged.  To download a Registration Form, or to register online, visit the church website at www.fairviewokc.com
 
Everyone is encouraged to register and attend.  The target audience is ages 18 – 35, but there is no age limit!!  All ages are welcome.
